1 Michelin Star

After reaching a solid path and career which also passed through the Alentejo Marmóris Hotel & Spa, where he had total creative freedom experimenting with new products and contacting directly with the producers, Alexandre Silva opens the irreverent Loco in 2015. With the mindset of respect for products, seasonality and producers, he receives the first Michelin Star in 2016, result of the technique, boldness and determination that his food represents.
