1 Michelin Star

Since 2013 the Chef at Restaurante Feitoria and more recently at Rossio Gastrobrar – considered as one of the most relevant Chefs and talents of his generation. Inaugurated its own way of cooking, coherent and aligned with values ​​of respect for the product and in 2011 he receives a Michelin Star, which has been renewed consecutively over the last few years. After years of research and study, he has created the Matéria Project, which promotes national products, as fundamental elements of gastronomic culture.
