1. Terms and Conditions of Use
The theresidential.pt website hereinafter referred to as “website” is owned by Lohad, Lda, with headquarters at Rua de Alexandre Sá Pinto, 109 1300-034 Lisboa, legal person number 515576646 registered at the Commercial Registry Office under the same number with the share capital of € 5,000 hereinafter referred to as “Lohad”.

The use of the website grants the user the status of user, and expresses the user’s full and unreserved acceptance of the website’s terms and conditions. The use that a user makes of any information, content, products or services made available on the website or accessible through it, is conditioned by the General and Special Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy.

“Lohad” does everything in its power to ensure that the availability of its website is uninterrupted and that all communications are error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee it. In addition, access to the website may be interrupted from time to time to repair, maintain or introduce new services. “Lohad” will always try to make these interruptions or suspensions of services infrequent and of short duration.

“Lohad” may, at any time, modify the terms of use of the website which, once published with the changes, are considered accepted as soon as the user accesses the page after the publication of the changes.

3.3 Specific Use Prohibitions: The User ensures that he will not and will not allow a third party to do, namely:

Although “Lohad” undertakes all reasonable efforts to guarantee the permanent availability of the Services, it does not guarantee, represent or guarantee that your access to any of the services is uninterrupted or error free. In addition, while “Lohad” makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all Content and / or information sent by you to “Lohad” is secure, it does not guarantee that the Services are free from loss, damage, attack, viruses, worms, trojan horses or other harmful components, or from interference, hacking or other security intrusions. 6.2 “Lohad” will make every effort to include updated and accurate information on the website, however, assuming no responsibility for its accuracy, completeness or timeliness.
6.3 Despite our efforts to ensure that our system is secure, the User assumes that the data entered by him may potentially be intercepted by third parties.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 All and any content, information, images, illustrations or other graphic materials, names, logos and brands present on the website are protected by the Intellectual Property rights in force, and belong to “Lohad” or third parties, as the case may be. These works, logos, images, graphics, sounds, images, etc., may not be copied, reproduced, transmitted, distributed, sold, published, in whole or in part, except when expressly authorized by the holders of these rights.
7.2 If any illegal use of these contents is made, we will take legal action to preserve the protection of the intellectual property rights in question. All rights that are not expressly permitted, are exclusive and depend on authorization from the owner.

9. Applicable Law and Competent Forum
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with Portuguese law. The Lisbon area court is competent, to the exclusion of any other, to settle any conflicts that result from the interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions.

These Special Terms of Use constitute a contract between The Residential and those who use it (Users), so it must be read carefully. The use of the services provided by this website implies acceptance of its Special Terms and Conditions, General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy., In case of disagreement with some of these provisions, the use of the service is not advisable.

1. ABOUT THE RESIDENTIAL
The Residential is an original experience designed to be enjoyed at home allowing you to recreate an unforgettable meal with the help of the best Portuguese Chefs, through a livestream that follows and teaches the step-by-step of the preparation, while interacting with the guests, clarifying doubts and sharing secrets for a memorable journey. Our guests receive a customized basket, directly to their doorstep, that will give place to the Chef’s menu – with a premium selection of the best national products, fresh ingredients, paired with stunning wines and the Chef’s secret ingredient.

2. HOW TO BOOK THE RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE
For reservations, choose the Chef & Menu and guarantee your seat at the table Book.

3. PAYMENT METHODS
The payment can be made through MBWay, ATM reference or PayPal that gives you the possibility to buy via credit or debit card or via bank transfer (without the need of creating an account).

4. EXPERIENCE THE RESIDENTIAL
4.1 Offer The Residential experience
You can offer The Residential experience to anyone of your choice, our team will generate an electronic gift card so that your guest can choose a date in our website and insert the gift code at the checkout. To gift The Residential experience contact us to info@theresidential.pt

4.2 Change reservations
You can change the date of your reservations, accordingly to the availability of each date. To change the date of a reservation please contact us via email to info@theresidential.pt

4.3 Deadlines
We receive and confirm reservations until 11:59pm Wednesdays before the event.
If you haven’t confirm your reservation in time, you can schedule it for the next date. Book

4.4 Basket Composition
When purchasing, the content of each basket is always available. We list in detail the products that make up the basket, its ingredients and allergens. Get to know them here.

4.5 Cancellations, returns or refunds
The reservations may be changed accordingly to availability, as provided in point 4.2 above, however, there will be no refunds in the event of a definitive cancellation of the reservation previously made and paid for. Regarding the baskets, once delivered, they cannot be returned.

5. DELIVERIES
5.1 Where
The delivery of the baskets is guaranteed in the areas of Greater Lisbon and Greater Porto.
If you are not included in the pre-defined areas, ask us about different delivery possibilities through the email info@theresidential.pt.

5.2 Schedules
To maintain products freshness our deliveries occur preferably on the day of the experience.
Delivery times are available to choose from between 9am – 12pm, 12pm – 3pm, 3pm – 6pm.
Occasionally, we may create other delivery times and days, to keep up please see the options available when booking.

5.3. I didn’t get my basket, what should I do?
If you don’t receive your basket on designated time, please contact us through the phone number presented in your reservation confirmation email.

5.4. Security Protocols
The Residential was designed by experienced leading teams of the food and catering industry, that make sure that all safety and hygiene protocols recommend by the Portuguese Directorate-General of Health are being strictly followed, as well as all the requirements form the HACCP – Codex Alimentarius

Our dedicated team of logistics prepares each basket at production kitchen certified with the Clean & Safe stamp, a certificate of a healthy and safe operation.

As an extra step to guarantee the safety and prevention of all those involved in the process, in order to mitigate potential risks of contagious by asymptomatic patients, all workers are regularly tested for COVID-19.

6.2.1 Access to the live broadcast
The transmission of the The Residential episode, in which you participated, will be available after a few days, on your client area. Then it can be re-watched at any time. Client Area.
